McLennan 4
Cisco College fell to McLennan Community College 4-3 on Wednesday on the final play of the game. The game was tied at three with McLennan batting in the bottom of the seventh when Jenny Robison doubled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring one run.
Caitlyn Rangel took the loss for Cisco College. The pitcher surrendered four runs on six hits over six and two-thirds innings, striking out three.
Bailey Buck led the Wranglers with two hits in three at bats. The Wranglers tied the game at 3 in the top of the seventh inning. A triple from Alyssa Kelley brought in two, then a squeeze from Minely Avila scored Kelley.

A walk-off left Cisco College on the wrong end of a 3-2 defeat to McLennan on Wednesday. The game was tied at two with McLennan batting in the bottom of the seventh when Julia Herzinger singled on a 1-2 count, scoring one run.
The pitching was strong on both sides. McLennan pitchers struck out two, while Cisco College sat down one.
The Wranglers opened up scoring in the first inning from an error. Cisco Wranglers knotted the game up at two in the top of the sixth inning, when Minely Avila's sac fly scored one run.
Addy Rich took the loss for Cisco College. The right-hander surrendered three runs on eight hits over six and a third innings, striking out one.
Maddie Murley went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead the Wranglers in hits.
